Initial Site Visit

Our journey begins with an on-site consultation. This is where we discuss your project overview, lifestyle, functionality, aesthetics, and preferred style. We will also align on your budget and timeline while I assess the space and take accurate measurements.

Fee structure: R250 (Centurion, Irene, and Midstream). Outbound areas are calculated based on travel distance. This fee is required to secure your booking.

Proposal Quote

Following our site visit, I will compile and send a comprehensive design fee proposal quote alongside our contract agreement. This ensures full clarity for both parties before any active creative work begins.

  • Detailed scope of project work.
  • Design concepts fees (for the mood board and space planning phase).
  • An estimated budget guideline for procurement and execution.
  • Outline of procurement and styling rate structures for later stages.

Concept & Mood Boards (The Design Phase)

Once the design proposal is approved, the creative phase begins. We design the aesthetic direction and layout to help you visualize your future space before purchasing anything.

  • Curation Mood Boards: High-end collages showcasing color schemes, textures, fabrics, and furniture vibes.
  • Space Planning: Detailed 2D floor plans optimized for flow and functionality.
  • Product Curation List: Initial recommendations for selected furniture, lighting, decor, and layout options.

Procurement & Styling (The Execution Phase)

After you approve the design concepts and products, we turn the vision into reality. We handle all logistics, manufacturing, and styling details to ensure a seamless transformation.

  • Ordering & Procurement: Sourcing and managing orders with trusted vendors.
  • Custom Manufacturing: Overseeing bespoke furniture creation matching our design specifications.
  • Styling Day & Handover: Installing the furniture, placing details, and staging the room for the ultimate final reveal.
Choosing the DIY path? If you go with our Design Conceptualisation (DIY Consultation), our active journey together wraps up beautifully at Step 3, where I hand over your custom design blueprint. From there, you get to play the lead role in bringing it to life, using your own contractors or purchasing at your own pace!
